Rules

  • This event is for individuals 21 and over.
  • Breweries must have a representative present at their booth at all times.
  • Beer must be served only in official logo tasting glasses (3 oz. plastic).
  • Vendors must not serve alcoholic beverages to any individual wearing a Designated Driver wristband.
  • Vendors must serve responsibly and may politely refuse service to anyone they believe to be intoxicated.
  • Breweries must not give away any cans purchased by Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County. Additionally, no full bottles, cans, or glasses may be sold or given away at this event.
  • Glass containers are not permitted.
  • Promotional items (t-shirts, hats, etc.) may be given away but must not be sold.

Event Details

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2026 The Hops for Houses Craft Beer Festival is a ticketed fundraising event benefitting Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County, TX, a 501c(3), Federal EIN: 74-2907371.

Habitat Williamson County will act as the concessionaire and obtain the required temporary TABC permit. The Hops for Houses Craft Beer Festival is a 21+ event and identification will be verified.

Brewery/Winery Pre-Event Requirements

All participating breweries/wineries must submit the following as soon possible after registration, but NO LATER THAN 31 January:

  • W-9 for either brewery/winery or distributor, if using (only if first time participating in Hops for Houses event)
  • Most recent Certificate of Insurance (COI) with:
    • Habitat as added insured (Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County, 2108 N Austin Ave, Georgetown, TX 78626)
    • $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
    • Must not expire before February 21, 2026
  • Invoice for kegs/cans (either from brewery or distributor, if using)

Beer Kegs/Cans, Wine Bottles

As the concessionaire, Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County requests that each participating brewery/winery supply one of the following: 

  • Two (2) 1/4BBL kegs (or equivalent in cans/bottles, no more than $100 each)
  • Three (3) 1/6BBL kegs (or equivalent in cans/bottles, no more than $85 each)
  • One (1) 1/4BBL keg and one (1) 1/6BBL keg (or equivalent in cans/bottles, no more that $100 for 1/4BBL and $85 for 1/6 BBL)
  • OR any combination of the above, with a cap of no more than $250 in total (or $300 total for wine)

 

Invoices for the beer will need to be emailed to Habitat NO LATER THAN January 31st.

Check payments will be given at the door on the day of the event upon check in on Feb. 21 (EXCEPTION FOR DISTRIBUTORS-SEE BELOW)

Kegs/Cans/Bottles will need to be delivered no later than 10am on the day of the event at the Round Rock Sports Center (EXCEPTION FOR DISTRIBUTORS-SEE BELOW).

If unable to do so, breweries/wineries may contact Emily Wallace at [email protected] for possible alternative delivery options the day prior to the event. 

Distributors

If your brewery/winery utilizes a distributor, please provide their information below. Otherwise, put 'N/A'

Please be advised distributors will need to provide their W9 and invoice  NO LATER THAN JAN 31ST.

Distributors will also need to make their delivery on the day of the event by 10am or can coordinate a delivery the day prior to the event with Emily Wallace at [email protected] 

Brewery/Winery Set Up

Please annotate below how many staff members will be attending the event. Breweries are allowed 1-4 staff members for the duration of the event and can split them into shifts, if needed.

All participating breweries must be completely set up and ready to serve by 12pm. VIP entry begins at 1 pm. Set up can occur as early as 10am the day of the festival, Saturday, Feb 21st. 

Please note - as this is a tasting event, please do not bring in any cups, coolers or other containers for drinking out of. Clear bottled water is allowed. Requests for more information may be sent to [email protected]

No outside tables are permitted. Please use the drop down menu above to choose if you need 1-6' table or 2-6' tables.

During The Event

HFHWC will provide at minimum, one (1) TABC certified volunteer to pour the beer at each brewery station for the duration of the event (1pm - 6.30pm).

Brewery/Winery staff is NOT permitted to pour tastings, as per Round Rock Sports Center.

Breweries/Wineries must have representation on site and at their booth at all times.

Breweries/Wineries WILL NOT give away any cans/kegs purchased by Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County. 

Terms and Conditions

This Equipment Sponsorship Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions in this document. Sponsor has read, understands and agrees to be bound by these terms as a condition of its Equipment Sponsorship.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
This Equipment Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County, Texas (HFHWC) and the undersigned brewery/winery (“Sponsor”) effective as of the date of execution here of by Sponsor (“Effective Date”), and sets forth the terms and conditions upon which Sponsor agrees to be an equipment sponsor of the Feb. 21, 2026 Hops for Houses Craft Beer Festival (“Festival”).

1. General. The Festival is organized by HFHWC, a Texas non-profit corporation.
2. Term. This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date through February 21, 2026, the scheduled date for completion of the Festival (“Term”).
3. Festival Date. HFHWC will use its best efforts to conduct the Festival on February 21, 2026.
4. Festival Name and Logo. The HFHWC name and accompanying logo and the Hops for Houses Craft Beer Festival name and logo are owned by HFHWC. Equipment Sponsor does not have the right to use any of the aforementioned names and/or accompanying logos for promotional purposes.
5. Equipment Provided. Sponsor agrees to deliver to HFHWC for its use at the Festival all equipment necessary for the dispensing of Sponsor’s brands of beer at the booth where its products will be sold by the Festival’s designated concessionaire (“the Concessionaire”), including but not limited to, jockey boxes, tap handles, couplers, keg tubs, and pouring pitchers (“the Equipment”). Sponsor understands and agrees that HFHWC will provide the Equipment to the Concessionaire for its use at the Festival. The Equipment shall be delivered by Sponsor to HFHWC at the Festival site no later than Noon on February 21, 2026 (must be set up by Noon). The Equipment will be returned to Sponsor that day, as soon as practical, following the close of the Festival at 6:30 p.m., February 21, 2026.
6. Festival Cancellation. HFHWC shall not be responsible for damages that result from delays or postponements of the Festival due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. Insurance. Each party shall maintain, during the Term of this Agreement, insurance in the amount sufficient to cover liability for bodily injury, property damage and death arising out of the party’s activities that are the subject of this Agreement.
8. Relationship/Entire Agreement. The parties to this Agreement have no legal relationship other than as contracting parties to this Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or verbal agreements.
9. Indemnity. Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from and against any and all expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that the other party may incur by reason of any claim arising out of the indemnifying party’s negligence, intentional misconduct, performance or failure to perform pursuant to the Agreement, or any service or product sold or provided by the indemnifying party in connection with the Festival. All individuals provided by or associated with Sponsor who performs services at the Festival shall perform such services at the direction of, under the supervision and control of, and for the benefit of Sponsor. Sponsor shall be responsible, as between Sponsor and HFHWC, for any injuries or damages caused by or to said individuals.
10. Governing Law. This Agreement is performable in Williamson County, Texas and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Disclaimer

By submitting this application, I/We hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions as defined in this contract set forth by Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County, TX (HFHWC). I/We agree to release HFHWC, its agents, and its volunteers from any claim arising from my participation in the program noted on the Registration Form. I/We grant permission for HFHWC to use participants images and/or captured/filmed during program activities to promote its services and programs. Your submittal indicates your understanding and acceptance of the conditions and terms detailed in this contract and agreement to participate in accordance with these rules.
