To secure your Vendor participation, please read over and complete the following application and payment options.
Vendor Form
Set Up
The vendor agrees to begin set up no earlier than 10am on February 22, 2025 and readiness to begin serving customers no later than 1pm on than February 22, 2025. Spaces are assigned at the discretion of the Festival. Vendors must remain set up throughout the entire duration of the event. Each vendor shall be responsible for obtaining all permits and for complying with all safety, health, and fire codes. The address for the festival is the Williamson County Expo Center, 5350 Bill Picket Trail, Taylor, TX. All vendors must supply their own electrical cords, water hoses, lights, etc. NO OPEN FLAME GRILLS ETC
Insurance
Insurance Coverage – Required: Certificate of Insurance showing general liability of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate listing Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County, TX 2108 North Austin Ave Georgetown, TX 78626 as an additional insured. AND Certificate of Insurance listing Williamson County, 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, TX 78626 as an additional insured. PLEASE EMAIL CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE TO: [email protected] Your application is not complete until we have a copy of your insurance certificate.
Williamson County Health Permit
FOOD TRUCK ONLY: Please email a copy of your Williamson County Health Department Permit to: [email protected] You application is not complete until we receive a copy of your WilCo Health Permit. Nicole will email you an additional form to be completed for the WilCo Expo Center.
Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit

Food Truck Rules
All vendors are required to read and adhere to the rules pertaining to the event. Your payment of the entry fee constitutes your agreement to be strictly bound by the Festival Vendor Rules below. Any vendor not adhering to the rules will be dismissed from the event.
• Safety: You are solely responsible for complying with all safety, health, and fire code requirements. You must have a fire extinguisher at your location if you are dealing with any electronic, cooking, or grilling equipment.
• Access to location during the event: During the event you will not be allowed to operate a motor vehicle or other vehicle to and from your vending location. You must stock your supplies in advance and make suitable arrangements to operate your space without travelling across Festival grounds.
• Indemnification and Insurance: You are solely responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses which may be sustained as a result of your vending operations at the Williamson County Expo Center. The Hops for Houses Craft Beer Festival, Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County and the Williamson County Expo Center shall have no responsibility for any accident or injury caused by your activities. You must maintain your own liability insurance and have proof of insurance available during the Festival for inspection purposes. By participating in the Hops For Houses Craft Beer Festival, you are agreeing to indemnify and hold harmless from any damages, lawsuits, or claims arising out of any injuries or accidents occasioned by your activities. Please send a copy of your insurance certificate with your application.
• Clean-Up: All vending materials must be removed from the venue no later than the Saturday, February 22 after the festival, no later than 7:30 p.m. You are responsible for removing all debris and cooking materials (coals, etc.) from the site.
• Security: The Hops for Houses Festival will provide security beginning Saturday before the event and during the event. While such security is provided, the Hops for Houses Craft Beer Festival, Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County, TX and the Williamson County Expo Center shall not be responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged items of equipment or personal belongings. You shall be solely responsible for the protection and safeguarding of valuables and release those previously listed from any losses or damage to your property. Please handle your affairs as you deem appropriate with respect to protecting your equipment and belongings.
• General Provisions: All vendor fees are nonrefundable. Your payment of the entry fee constitutes your right to participate at the Festival. Should any entry fees not clear our account or not be paid in full, you relinquish the right to participate at the event. The Hops for Houses Festival will not return any vendor fees for any reason. The Hops for Houses Festival is a rain or shine event, and vendor fees cannot be returned in the event of inclement weather.
Vendor Fees
Fees: Due by January, 15, 2025 • Fee: $150. Please submit the form below and once received, you will receive a link for sending payment via credit card. If you require an invoice for payment by check, please make note of this in the Comments section in the form below.
The vendor hereby agrees to submit its entry fee in the amount of $150.00 for entry as a food truck or vendor at the Hops for Houses Craft Beer Festival no later than January 15, 2025. The entry fee is nonrefundable. The Hops for Houses Craft Beer Festival is a rain or shine event and refunds of the entry fee cannot be given due to inclement weather. Failure to show up or failure to be present for the full duration of the event will result in forfeiture of the food truck/vendor payment. No partial payments are permitted.
